Donation T&C

We are deeply grateful for your partnership in the Gospel through your generous support. Your sacrificial giving enables us to advance the Kingdom of God and bring transformation to the people of Botswana and beyond through the ministry of James & Wendie Clark.

By making a donation, you agree to the following terms:

Tax Deductibility

These donations are received with deep gratitude and stewarded with excellence for eternal impact.

Donations made directly to James & Wendie Clark—via Zelle or by check or money order mailed to our P.O. Box in Beaverton, Oregon—are considered personal gifts and are not eligible for IRS tax deductions, as we are not a registered or qualified 501(c)(3) organization.

If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation, you may do so through our trusted partner, Central Missionary Clearinghouse (CMC), which accepts donations both online and by mail.

CMC is a registered and qualified 501(c)(3) religious nonprofit organization, incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas. It is listed in the current Cumulative List of Organizations described in Section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions made through CMC are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

Donation Usage & Stewardship Commitment

Whether personal or tax-deductible, every donation is a sacred trust. We are honored by the sacrificial generosity of our partners and are committed to using each gift—financial or otherwise—with wisdom, integrity, and eternal purpose.

Personal donations made via Zelle or by mail are final and non-refundable. These funds are used at our discretion to support various ministry initiatives.

Tax-deductible donations made through CMC are managed under CMC’s policies. In rare cases where a designated donation cannot be fulfilled, CMC may return the gift according to their discretion and in compliance with IRS regulations.

Designated Giving

We welcome gifts designated for specific ministry projects—such as Bibles, Children, Training, Evangelism, Construction, Greatest Needs, Chickens, and more. Every effort will be made to honor your designation.

However, in the event a project is completed, overfunded, or no longer feasible, we reserve the right to reassign the donation to another active, underfunded ministry project that closely aligns with the original intent—ensuring continued Kingdom impact.

Thank You for Your Partnership

We do not take your generosity lightly. Whether you are giving a personal gift or a tax-deductible contribution through CMC, your partnership is fueling the mission of making disciples, meeting tangible needs, and proclaiming the Gospel where Christ is not yet known.

If you have any questions about giving or need assistance with a donation, please reach out through our Contact or Poke page.

Restore and Build God’s House

Provide a safe place for God and His people to gather together.

The church is meant to be a sanctuary—a place where believers come together to worship and grow in faith. Yet many churches are worshiping in dilapidated buildings or under tents. Your generosity helps restore and build places of worship, allowing churches to thrive. For just $100, you can assist in repairing a local church’s structure, providing a safe place for believers to gather. A $600 donation helps with major repairs, while $2,500 provides a basic new church in an unreached community providing a lasting legacy of worship. A strong church is a beacon of hope in the community.

Let’s build places where grace echoes.
Will you help restore God’s house today?
