God ignites confidence to expand our ministry impact. He stretches His servants beyond comfort and familiarity, shaping skill, courage, and character so they are ready for the work He has prepared. When doubt or fear arises, the Holy Spirit strengthens hearts, steadies hands, and fills leaders with boldness to step into greater responsibility. God builds confidence through His Word, through the Holy Spirit, and through relationships with others whom He is also shaping. Psalm 32:8 reminds us that He instructs, teaches, and guides us. God equips His people not for comfort, but to serve boldly with wisdom and impact.
