Please do not use designations for personal support needs, taxes, retirement planning, medical expenses, or general living expenses. Those needs are best supported through undesignated gifts.

We prayerfully seek to honor every designation and use each gift according to the donor’s intent. If a designated project becomes fully funded, is no longer practical, or circumstances change, we may expand the original project, support a similar ministry purpose, or address another ministry need. When you give through CMC Click & Give, Click & Give charges a required processing fee based on your selected payment method. This fee is paid by the donor and varies depending on whether you give through ACH from your bank account or by credit/debit card. This fee supports the Click & Give service and is not received by CMC or our ministry. CMC then charges our ministry a $3.50 administrative fee for each gift designation received. For example, if a gift includes two separate designations (one amount for Bibles, another amount for pastors, or is undesignated), CMC charges two designation fees. These fees help support the services CMC provides, including donation processing, accounting, receipting, and compliance. We share this information so you can make informed decisions and choose the giving method that best fits your preferences.

This board provides spiritual oversight and direction for our ministry. Disciples Making Disciples Botswana Trust operates under the oversight of a board of trustees that reviews annual financial reports and provides governance for the trust. We also fulfill required reporting obligations with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, Botswana Unified Revenue Service, and the High Court of Botswana Trust Registration Office. Through these layers of accountability, we seek to honor God and faithfully steward the resources entrusted to us.
